Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

All work product created by the studio for clients will be owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Limitation of Liability
